Welcome to Suntrition’s Customer terms and conditions web page. This web page is an extension to our terms and conditions written on our customer quote documents. Suntrition has the right to change, amend and cancel any and all agreements recorded on quote documents.

 

- Prices are quoted firm based on materials subject to prior sale and will be confirmed at time of order placement.

- Deliveries are based on current information and subject to change.

- Suntrition is not responsible for stability testing unless agreed upon with customer.

- All taxes are extra.

- All logistics, customs, broker cost are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed upon with customer.

- Testing of the finish product includes micro, all other are subject to agreement.

- Customer supplied materials must meet the micro and all other required testing. Failure to do so will be the expense responsibility of the customer, for the customer supplied, other material and Suntrition service requirements.

- Terms net 30 days if not otherwise agreed upon.

- Suntrition will not be responsible for any liability from law suit actions taken against our customers products produced by Suntrition.

 

 Note:

 Suntrition manufacture customer products under a condition and understanding that we accept their supplied materials, as per the information provided on the Certificate of Analysis. All liability and cost associated with a failed result of a test received after the product has been manufactured will be the responsibility of the customer that supplied the raw materials. All manufacturing cost incurred by Suntrition as a result of processing a customer product, that has failed testing, will receive 100% reimbursement.

 

 

 

 

Welcome to our Suppliers terms and conditions web page. This web page is an extension to our terms and conditions written on our Supplier Purchase Orders. Suntrition has the right to change, amend and cancel any and all agreements recorded on supplier purchase order documents.

 

- Prices from suppliers are expected as quoted firm, any change in pricing before the noted expiry date must be announced by supplier. - Deliveries are based on current information and any change must be announced to Suntrition.

- All taxes are extra.

- All logistics, customs, broker cost are the responsibility of the supplier unless agreed upon with customer.

- Testing of the raw product including micro, are expected to meet requirement, if failure occurs, supplier will be fully responsible for all costs.

- Terms net 45 days if not otherwise agreed upon.

- All logistics costs associated with a supplier returned product will be at the expense of the supplier.

 

 Suntrition manufacture customer products under a condition and understanding that we accept our supplier materials, as per the information provided on the Certificate of Analysis.
